Tire Pressure Queation
I have a 99 coupe and I am wondering what tire pressure to run. I have Nitto's on the car and use it as my daily driver.
Thanks,
TD

And it keeps going up. I run 32 cold on my daily driver. Got the Nitto's with 25k on them and still look and hook great. :yesnod:

I have the GY EMT's but I run 32 front and 28 rear. This gives me 100% even tire wear.
With 30/30 as recommended, the rears showed some cupping in the center and the fronts wore more at the edges. Nevertheless I still got 45K miles out of the runflats.

When I get to 28 psi on my rear tires I get a "check Gages" alarm on my 2000 dash. That sensor is sure sensitive. I keep it at 30 psi cold.

Re: Tire Pressure Queation (Fang S-289)
30 "cold" is not the same in summer and winter and can result in over or under inflation in the turns. I develped outside scalloping on my F1 Supercars and had a lot of squealing in the turns to explain it. Now I am running 34 front and 32 rear with less noise and hopefully less wear but it is a a bit of a harder ride.
