Default Anyone know good tech/tuner in VA area

I've had the 3.42's, TQ, and shift kit for a while now. I need to get them installed plus all the tuning since my last installs, but can't find anyone in this area (Hampton Roads, VA). If anyone knows somewhere around Richmond or even DC I'd appreciate the recommendations.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks a lot. I talked to these guys and they will only do the tuning. They did refer me to a local tech but they wanted 1600 bucks for the work not including tuning. This seems a little high. Guess I might have to take a trip up to NY or Jersey.

I don't know anyone local that does C5 TCs & rear swaps, but you may want to post on the local forum.
$1600 is STEEP.......normally $600 for a TC and the rear is right there!
I will do my own & save the $$$ for more mods.
Good luck, IMHO a package deal is the best.......let them tune what they install, It will save you a trouble in the long run.
Can you say road trip :yesnod:

You mean people actually drive 3hrs from Maryland up to Jersey for you guys to work on there cars???? :jester
Carvettjal, If you dont mind the drive, ECS is definitely worth it, prices are reasonable(in other words there not smoking crack when deciding on prices and they have done it all before (so no experimenting on your car).
Unfortunately the best guys to work on our cars are North, South, and Wayyy West of us. :mad

Thanks for the help. Hey Blue Blazer can you provide me with a phone number, I'm not sure who ECS is. I called VetteDr's they gave me a great price for the installation and tuning, but the drive is going to be a real pain. Chris NJ C5, I'll certainly keep you guys in mind. My biggest concern is someone who is reputable and reasonable.

:hurray: Found the solution, Called Chris @ ECS. Thanks again for the help.

Rene,
Here's there web address. http://www.eastcoastsupercharging.com
I drove up there early Saturday morning, spent the day shopping at the
outlet malls (bad mistake because I took my girlfriend with me so my gear swap costed a little more  ) but they were done by early afternoon.
Being in Va. Beach you would just have to leave a little earlier.
