Two days ago I started to change my brake fluid, I accidently pressed the barke pedal all the way down so it got stucked down there, but after 2hours I was able to pull it up again but not all the way up, now the brakelight always light and the pedal is hard as rock I can´t move the car the brakes are locked. Whats wrong could it be the Brake booster causing the problem after hitting the pedal all the way down? I have checked the HeadMastercylinder and nothing was stuck in there.
Yup it probably is the master cyl and booster. Unless it is only the front's that are locked, than it could be the portportioning valve? but that is unlikely!
Here ya go! just got mine back from the paint shop and guess what! The Master cyl is toast! Cheeze! now I am at 114K miles. Dam three weeks in the paint shop and now I have to wait another day!
Check to make sure your vacuum line is hooked up, and tight. Sorry no fix to the booster, sealed unit. Don't have a clue to price, should not be too bad, but it is a Vette!

Could be the master cyl is jammed??
could be either one??

Yes I have checked the cylinder and nothing is jammed, is there a common problem with damaged boosters if you press the pedal to the bottom, what causes the damage to the booster when pressing the pedal that much?
It is just a vacuum diphram, and a yoke for the pedal and a output shaft and a spring. could have a hole in the diphram and the spring is broke, could be just good ole krud build up, a host of problems. I never had one apart just swapped it out completely. I know for instance on my 76 that you need to adjust the master cyl and the rod that connects it to the booster. So make sure you use the manual. I have not done a C5 myself in this area, maybe someone else has?
