Weird Bulb Problem....Please Read
1. When the DRLs are on my passenger side does not illuminate.
2. The turn signal flashes quickly.
3. All bulbs work.
When I put the parking lights on, both the turn bulb and the DRL bulb are operational. The rear bulbs work fine as well.
With the quick flash I assumed a burnt bulb, however that is not the case....

When your park lights are on, what do you mean the DRL bulb works? With the parklights/headlights does that turnsignal function normally, or does it still click fast? If it is fast, then the bulb needs to be replaced. I just had this same problem where the light would illuminate dimly for pls/hls, but not at all for the DRLs and the turn signal would click rapidly. He is right, it is a dual filament bulb, and one of the filaments failed in my case. Good luck :flag

Let me clarify:
When the car is running and the DRLs should be on, nothing emits from the passenger side. If I try and use the blinker, it flashes quickly and nothing happens up front.
Now in order to troubleshoot, I put the parking lights on and noticed both of the bulbs working.
Now someone mentioned a dual filament bulb, is that the 3157/4157 turn bulb? If so I didn't check that.....

Bad Bulb.....little did I notice until I read this thread that the 3157/4157 is dual filament....... :conehead :conehead :conehead :conehead
