Ls1 edit?
I have a '02, C5, A4, 315 gears with a blackwing. everything else is stock. I have seen comments about LS edit, is this something I could have done to increase my power? how much is it? and what is it? how much power gain? is it good for the motor? please educate me on this topic, thanks very much for any response.... love the forum. :auto: :chevy

Just tuning the on board computers for optimum fuel, air, spark, and quite a few other things as well. It will do no harm to your car if done by someone who knows what they are doing. Most tuners will charge you for a lifetime tune ($300 to $500) which allows you to come back and retune after adding mods to the car. Subsequent visits are usually quite cheap, or even free depending on the shop and if purchase the mods through them.
