Ordering a new 04 Coupe..
Currnetly have an 02 Pewter, that color is not availbale now, is the Machine Silver close to Pewter? Have not seen one and the charts don't do me much good. I want to order close to what I have as possible, supposed to be a new color for Gm called "birchwood" but have not seen it.

I haven't seen the new colors. Maybe I should go to a dealer and see what they have available. I'm also just going to hang on until the new model comes out---and I have a hard time getting the same color on a new car because to me, it sort of gives the feeling of the same old car instead of a new one. But to each their own. Good luck with your choice though.

Machine silver is much lighter than your pewter. It truly looks silver (nice color) or the spiral grey metallic for a darker grey is nice also. Good luck :auto:

Ok Thanks, going to get the Magnetic Ride Control on this one, here a lot of good things about it. Dealer says it will take eight weeks for delivery, but I am not going to hold my breath.

Welcome to the forum. Like was said, the machine silver is lighter than the pewter and the sprial gray is darker. My choice would be the spiral gray.
