weight ques?

How much does the power steering alone weigh? Can you go w/o it or will it be better to keep it for road racing and autocross?
Also how much does the a.c. weigh? and can you take it out yourself w/o wrecking the belt system?

Instead of taking off your power steering to gain a few HP you should invest in an electric water pump first. 10rwhp gain. I may buy one for my car soon.
