Default Electric Cutouts...Where did I see them??

I was browsing around when a link to somewhere popped up at the top of the forum page and I clicked on it. Just lookng around I went to their exhaust page and I thought I had seen a set of electric cutouts for well under $300...like $269 or something. I can't remember what site that was and I haven't seen it flash back on the top of the forum page. Anybody know where I might have seen them? Also, I did a search on the subject and the consensus is that they do give a little bit of a peformance gain. Would these cause any problems? I thought it wasn't a good idea to run the motor without SOME back pressure on the valves or is this an old wive's tale?
I'm just thinkin for under 300 bucks and if you can gain a solid tenth or better, what the heck. Not to mention the fun factor in pulling up to a stang and flippin the switch!

UPDATE:
I think I found it and I must have been dreaming on the price. I believe it was quick time performance and they are $149 each. Anyway, still wondering about the performance gain for sure.

I've got the McCord electrics with the FLP cutouts. Haven't had a chance to try them out - been too busy.

I just had my McCord ones installed at PHP in orland, IL. They have to be modded a little i think for an auto to fit well. When you buy the QTP set i think they give you the dumps with them for $300. The mcCord for 100 a piece dont come with the dumps, so you have to purchase them separtley for like $50. As far as performance I can tell you this; I opened them all the way at a light and nailed it. The car hit second and was ripping the tires where it never had before(traction control kicked on). I here a consistent .2 at the 1/4 mile difference with them open. I have a 98 auto 2:73 gear + zip tie K+N.
