ok the pros are more power and tons of fun. are there any cons to doing this swap???im sure the suspension is affected because of the added weight, ill need a beefed up tranny and brakes, cooling system etc....
I dont think there is much if any added weight unless you choose an iron block for your application.
You wont need suspension changes etc.
You will need bolt ons to make that kind of power. Headers, exhaust, intake, pulleys, throttle body etc.
Also, depending on who you go with, you will most likely have an aftermarket warranty on the motor so you dont have to worry about immediate reliabilty.
Upgrading the brakes, tranny, clutch, and output shaft are a good idea to do while the car is apart. I wish I had better brakes on my car cause sometimes it is hard to stop when you can get up to speed so fast.

You hit the nail on the head. Upgrading my brakes was more dramatic than my big bore motor on the juice! :yesnod:
