2004 C5 accessory power connector???

Default 2004 C5 accessory power connector???
I've got a question for anyone with a 2004 C5...

A LapTrax user reported to me that their new C5 had no accessory power connector under the passenger side kick panel like all the previous year cars did.

Can anyone confirm or deny this for me?
