========

To all Corvette W.D’s

Billy Boat Performance exhaust has accepted the challenge. We were asked to make a deeper, throatier, more robust C-5 performance exhaust system. And we were asked to engineer more horsepower into that system. And to increase the challenge you asked for it to be more cost effective then the Route 66. For several exhausting months it appeared an impossible mission. Then Billy came up with a radical departure in exhaust technology and BAM, the BILLY BOAT BULLET C5 system came to life.

Please, no skirts allowed!! This system is ONLY for enthusiasts.

Beyond a doubt the deepest, throatiest, loudest system ever made for a C5. The system was prototyped on a convertible A4-the worst possible scenario. There is absolutely no resonance. However the volume, the deep sound, is beyond description. NO RESONANCE-BUT OH MY GOODNESS DEEP AND LOUD.

Horsepower increases to 22 at the rear wheels. Torque increases to 24-ft lbs.

Saving the best for last—check out this pricing!

Part number FCOR-0105 Billy Boat Bullet Twin 4.00” double wall tips:
Retail $595.00

Part number FCOR-0100 Billy Boat Bullet Quad 4.00” double wall tips
Retail $749.00

These will begin shipping 10/03/2003.

Please place your orders ASAP as these will be HOT and we want you to enjoy the rewards.

Regards,

Billy Boat Performance Exhaust

I saw, and heard, these at MidAmerica's Funfest. Compared to a PRT-equipped vette situated side-by-side for sound-off purposes, the new system had a deeper tone. Looked sharp with a fully polished finish too. Unfortunately, it was impossible to sense what these would sound like inside the car on the open road. As for price, it looks like those who bought at Funfest made out like a bandit - $545 for the 4 tip system !! (They did not have, or mention, 2 tip systems, but maybe the gal I asked didn't know the whole scoop.)

This looks awesome and seems just like the stingers with the added benefit of possibly bolting up and not needing a day of rebending. :)

I also saw these at FunFest. They were the best sounding of all on display. I also should have waited! Had I not just put my Stingers on I would have ordered a set there. What is the price for the 4 tip?

Please post pic of the 2-tip system. Are these any louder than the Borla twin cannons?
