You will have to call them. I have sent them several emails and have never had any of them replied to. If you call, ask for Wayne. He has been helpful on the phone in the past. I have been trying to give them money for a 4.10 gear and clutch for about 2 months without success. It leaves me withe the impression that they don't need the work.
Having had my H/C work done by MTI I can say that they do AWESOME work.....but suck at Customer Service. Customer Service issues like: not answering emails, impatient phone conversations, not returning phone calls, etc, I encountered 2 years ago. Sad to hear things haven't changed.:(

Re: Motorsport Technologies (DSTAUBIN)
YOU will have much better luck if you call them and ask for WAYNE (head of sales) or CHRIS or STEVE also. They are a very very, busy, shop and emailing them is the worse way to open up a line of communication. Ask for WAYNE specifically and he will take care of you.
