Are they out of business? I e-mailed them twice with no reply.

You will have to call them. I have sent them several emails and have never had any of them replied to. If you call, ask for Wayne. He has been helpful on the phone in the past. I have been trying to give them money for a 4.10 gear and clutch for about 2 months without success. It leaves me withe the impression that they don't need the work.

Having had my H/C work done by MTI I can say that they do AWESOME work.....but suck at Customer Service. Customer Service issues like: not answering emails, impatient phone conversations, not returning phone calls, etc, I encountered 2 years ago. Sad to hear things haven't changed.:(

I agree on the crappy customer service.... I take issue with their work as well :cuss

Call them instead of using e-mail as getting a reply is hit or miss.

YOU will have much better luck if you call them and ask for WAYNE (head of sales) or CHRIS or STEVE also. They are a very very, busy, shop and emailing them is the worse way to open up a line of communication. Ask for WAYNE specifically and he will take care of you.

Yank is just as bad. Never answered any of my emails. No excuse IMO and lost business for them.

They make a very good product so you may have lost.
