With a limit of inly 20K be aware that there are other incidentals besides motor that are required either sooner or later depending on HP output. For example; Clutch/tranny (they now won't hold), differential/output shaft, larger tires/wheels to make the new HP effective, PCM/tuning, gauge packages, fuel system upgrades (a must), upgraded brake system to slow down the now faster car, harnesses to stay in place, suspension upgrades to compliment the new power, etc...

If I was limited to 20K, I'd do the magnussen and use the rest for other mods to make the system completely supported (tires/wheels/exhaust/forged internals/cam/clutch/rear gears/etc ). JMHO

I'd go with a stroker motor also.

:iagree: 1000% if you want to REALLY fly and have a 9 sec. something street car. If your like me and N20 makes you a little nervous regarding grenading your big $ investment and a solid 10 sec N/A street car will fit your goals, then i say BIG CUBES ALL THE WAY BABY!!!!!!!   Nothing like the extra displacement and mega torque for the street! Go with a tuner like MTI or LPE who will give you a complete no questions asked (if no spray or f/i) 2yr/24K mile warranty. Talk to both shops and see which one you have more confidence with and who gives you a better feel and also take into account geographics concerning location to you!
