Amsoil users check in....

I going to to change my transmission and gear oil soon....i found the product i want but not sure which to buy for which.
Transmission = 100% Synthetic Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid ?
Gear = Synthetic Gear Lube ( 75w-90 ) ?

For the rear, you need the Series 2000 75W-90. For the tranny, the ATF. You do not need the additive with the Series 2000 75W-90, and adding it will reduce or eliminate your limited slip capability.
Once you change them out, drive the car easy to a parking lot and do 10 slow figure 8's with the car. Then take it easy for a few hundred miles to make sure the new oil has worked into the clutch packs.
I am running both these products in my car and have been very happy with the results.

But NOT in tranny... Using GM fluid there.
Weren't people saying it could be TOO slipperly for A4's??????
Anyway, that set up is what works for me! :smash:
