To program a remote:
Turn the key to ON and don't start the car. Press the Options button and cycle through the choices untill a blank screen comes up. Hold the Reset button down until FOB TRAINING appears. Press and hold down the lock and unlock buttons at the same time until the screen indicates it's ready to do the next fob. You can do up to three.

Above instructions should work for you...
it's in the owner's manual if you forget...
and if it loses memory for some reason, you don't have to reprogram (I know this time it 's a new one), just hold down lock/unlock for a few seconds til your horn sounds...it can be handy when needed...esp. if your car is locked and your keys aren't handy (though usually keys are near the clicker)
