I picked up a copy last night and wow, this book is a well of knowledge. It covers all aspects of the LSx motor including how to assemble a short block. This is definately the best $20 I have spent in a long time. Totally recommend it :)

I bought it a few months back from a referral of another on the forum...GREAT BOOK!
I got it but havent had a change to really read over it. From what I saw, there wasn't too much useful stuff in there that was hardcore, but it seems like a good thing to have for people that need a rough overview.
I got another book, I think it's called Corvette Fuel Injection and it has a whole bunch of great stuff about how the sensors/PCM all work...good stuff for becoming a better tuner.
The title is "Chevy Ls1/Ls6 Performance" by Christopher P. Endres.
If you enter the title in the book search on Amazon - it should come up. Just make sure you get it exactly. When I tried searching yesterday using an approximate title, I did not have any success.

I just picked it up a few hours ago at Borders. Thumbed through it and it seems to be well written and informative. Seems to be worth the $20.00 from what I see so far.

Great book! I just wish it was available 2 years ago. The Corvette Fuel Injection book by Probst is full of good solid info. :yesnod:
