I have 99 stock wagon wheels with working 99 air pressure sensors. I am looking to buy the xtreme chrome wheels (18's around, wider tires and 9.5 front, 11 rear)). I know the fronts of the xtremes are the same sizes as the rear of the wagon wheels, but would i need to calibrate the other sensors to go into a different sized wheel/tire? Is this even possible, can I just put it in, and whats the estimated cost to do this/ Thanks for any help! matt
Matt,
You do not need to recalibrate the sensors for a different size wheel at all. You will need to recalibrate them if they get moved to different positions on the vehicle though. This is a very easy process that is done with a magnet and takes about two minutes.
