I noticed 3 days ago my oil monitor was at 91%. Well yesterday it was back to 99% and I have codes U1016, U1064, & U1096. I know these codes are loss of communication with IPC/BCM/PCM. What should I do about it? Do any of the wires in between the battery and the right fender go to the IPC/BCM/PCM?

Re: Advice before this becomes a problem (huttler)
You have one of those rare cars that actually produce oil instead of consuming it. :lolg: Unless you reset the monitor by accident, I would take it in and see what they can find.

I wouldn't notice if that ever happened as I never look at the monitor. I just change the oil at regular intervals. This is one piece of information that the car doesn't need to provide.

Agreed! I don't think I've looked at that more than once or twice since I bought the car.
