99 FRC with these LT's plus BB route 66 exhaust and Blackwing. The car is not as responsive as it should be...I've been told that maybe I need a LS1 edit or maybe the knock sensor is being set off. What is a knock sensor and what can I do? Where do I get an LS1edit in Phoenix AZ? Help...very frustrated!! PS the car dynoed at 326.5 rwhp and 333lb/ft torque.
Those are decent #'s for the TPIS headers, torque seems low. What did it dyno before? Any air/fuel runs done as well. How about a dyno sheet?
Knock sensor basically senses.. Knock. Or more/less high vibration knocking or vibration in the motor. Then, once this is detected the computer takes timing out of the motor (slowing it down) to preserve the motor.
