I have a '99 C5. So after some research & purchasing some bolt-ons I decided to purchase 28.8lbs/s Injectors to accomodate the extra fuel needed as opposed to the stock 26lbs/s injectors. My question is : Do I need to do any programming changes or the size change is too small to warrant such measures ?
I'd scan it and see what LTFTs do. Without program changes the Base PulseWidth will remain the same and therefore greater mass/volume of fuel will flow with the new injectors. PCM will pull fuel to correct - thus reducing LTFTs. Hope this helps some
at the risk of sounding stupid , what is ltft ? & IFR ? How can i scan it ? can the predator do any of the former ? pls help me out. Good info is hard to ocme by & i have still a lot to go to get the lingo down.
