Head Light Actuator Question
My 99 suffered from the left head light syndrome where it wouldn't come up because of the plastic being worn out of the center of the actuator. I bought a new motor and spent about an hour replacing it. Now the lights turn on but the motor does not move. I plugged it up to the right side and the gears spun, but when on the left, the gears did not even budge. Any suggestions before I go into a dealer?

did you try cranking it up by hand... with the manual wheel and seeing if the motor will retract it.. also the drive linkage has to go back the same way is came off... its the one... lever with the notch in it..
