I believe that these ZMI rotors are for drag race use, hence the reason for them to be so small, just like this set from Wilwood. Dragrace wont as much braking as road race.

Yes, but the titanium rotors were not offered as a "Drag Only" rotor. They were offered as a viable alternative to other high performance rotors with great stopping power.
And the wilwood drag package is for a fabricated spindle and costs under $800 not over $4000.
