When installing GHLs when does sway bar get reinstalled/what torque setting?

When installing GHLs when does sway bar get reinstalled/what torque setting?
I thought I remembered reading a post that when installing GHLs, the sway bar had to be reinstalled prior to completing the system installation. Is this true? And, does anyone know the sway bar torque settings? Thanks!

To put in an aftermarket exhaust or remove the stock one all you have to unbolt is the four sway-bar bolts and swing it down, you don't have to loosen or take the endlink bolts out. I don't know the correct torque settings but I just snugged em down good.

According tp Mr. G; the upper bolt is at 49lb and the lower nut is at 70lb. The endlinks nuts are at 53lb.
