Cam Tuning
A lot of aftermarket cams state that computer reprogrammming is needed/strongly recommended. What is the process here ? What needs to be done ? Can someone explain what is done & what is used to do the same.

Over hear in the States LS1 Edit is normally used to do computer mods after an after market cam installation. When going to a cam with more lift and duration, the idle speed, A/F ratio, timing etc. will have to be changed to get the best performance and driveability out of the after market cam. :cheers:

Thanks for your replies. So LS1 Edit is the tool of choice ( again :yesnod: ) Can a person do it without a Dyno ? i.e. at home ? See Dyno's are vey rare here , i've only heard of one place here that has one & they verrrrrry expensive & their Dyno is not that accurate as well :banghead:
