Need help with Backup lights....PLEASE
I have an 01' Coupe, 6 speed with 16k miles. The back up lights have quit working...Has anyone had this happen? What could be wrong? The bulbs are good. Would this be covered under warranty or is there something I can do to fix it myself?

Check the back-up light switch on the tranny, also I think there is a back-up lamp relay in one of the fuse/relay panels. Do the back-up lamps light up at night when you unlock the car with the remote?? (Asuming the night approach light option is selected from the DIC Option menu. If they do, then it must be the reverse light switch on the tranny.

It is your back-up light switch located on the passenger side of tranny about 1/2 way up. To test it is not a bulb or fuse.....hit the lock button on your FOB and the lights will blink on and off as your alarm activates.
