Hold down the lock and unlock buttons for 7 sec or so. The car will either blick the lights or cycle the locks (I don't remember) to acknowledge. Repeat for each fob.

Try what Heretic suggested and if that doesn't help then do this procedure.....
To program a remote:
Turn the key to ON and don't start the car. Press the Options button and cycle through the choices untill a blank screen comes up. Hold the Reset button down until FOB TRAINING appears. Press and hold down the lock and unlock buttons at the same time until the screen indicates it's ready to do the next fob. You can do up to three.
