You can buy this from a number of vendors on the forum - just call a few up and get your best price. Are you planning on rebuilding the case yourself? It requires training and experience to do the job properly on a C5 diff. The alignment procedure alone put out by GM is 15 pages long.
I had DTE rebuild a case from 3.15' to 4.10's and they did a fantastic job. I also bought a hardened output shaft from them which they intsalled at the same time. Plus, they warrant it for 2 years/20K miles.
