brake squeak
my 03 w/ 5K miles has a very annoying squeak when i apply the brakes and has been doing so for the last 3K miles. Does not matter if the brakes are cold or warm. Any idea's?

Take the car out and run it up to 60 mph and hit the brakes hard... (do this 4 times) then let the car cool for an hour. Take the car out again and test it out. I dont know how you have driven it int he past but this will bed your rotors and seat your pads... It is good for the car to heat cycle the brakes at least once when everything is new.

:iagree: You might try a few stops from slower speeds to start. With all those Interstate type roads (and cars) around Atlanta, you sould have no problem practicing.... :D
