18.5 HP difference Uncorked through the Headers. Is this normal?
When Dynoing my car there is a 18.5 RWHP difference when running through the full exhaust. First is this normal and have others seen this variance. My exhaust today consist of RKS Long Tubes, factory cats (No Precats), and the flowmaster kit. This combo yields 391.5 RWHP.
With the car running straight through the headers, it makes 410 RWHP. Both runs where done 10 minutes apart with identical tuning.
If this is normal I wont bother changing anything out, otherwise what should I expect by changing over to the random tech cats, and Borla Stingers or GHL's. And should I go with 2 3/4" or 3" pipes from the headers back?

I think Lou at LGM reported only a few HP loss difference between the Random-Tech CMM cats versus the straight pipes... I would think the stock cats are your biggest bottleneck now... Call LGM and ask about the Random's.
