X-PIPE AND STOCK EXHAUST?
Any benefits to using an xpipe but leaving the rest of the exhaust stock.I like my exhaust and will probably change in the future but right now I am happy with it.I put on bigger chrome tips and am in the process of making it look like the tigershark design without the major expense.Is it worth it to install x-pipe? :confused:

With a stock exhaust an x-pipe will make it quieter than it is now.But if you are going to replace the stock mufflers in the future it will help reduce popping on decel, better idle sound and add a couple ponies.

The X-pipe is supposed to smooth out the exhaust flow and the maufacturers claim an increase in torque and hp (although not much). I put mine on since I had B&B exhaust and was experiencing some resonance and popping. Helped solve the problem.

Not really. If your experiencing a popping noise on deceleration then the X-Pipe is worth it.
