Here's an even simpler idea. Cut just the speedway tip off so that the backside is flat. Cut off the titanium tips right at the tip. Slip a short piece of stainless pipe over each titanuim pipe that is sticking out. Weld a stainless plate to the stainless pipes(closing them off) Cut the holes out of the plate so the exhaust is open again. Set the speedway tip up against this plate where you want it. Trace the tip out on the stainless plate. Cut the plate out to match the tip. (cut it a little smaller than the tip to allow the weld to be on the backside of the tip.) cut most of the inside of the tip out. set the plate on the tip and weld them together. Repaint the inside black. Mount on the car with some band clamps. Again, the connection is not important as far as leaks, only to hold the tip on and prevent rattles.

You might need narrower ones.
