Going to replace stock ones with? What ones come ready to install right out of the box , look good, and get the juice to and from in a timly mannor. :)
I installed MSD RED I think 8.5 wires and they do the trick. I don't really think there are many differences between all the different aftermarket ones.

:withstupid:
IMHO, I WOULD replace them. Teh driver's side wires practically fell apart when I started removing them at 45k miles.
Unless you are racing hard, the Magnecor 8.5mm wires are great, IMO. I got mine from a forum vendor. I believe they were about $90.00, but can't remember for sure.

:iagree: with all of the above...! Just replace the factory wires. As with many, mine just fell apart when I took them off. I originally went with the Magnecors, loved them, then changed the looks under the hood and bought some Taylor Spiro Pros, loved them, and just changed to the MSD wires. The only comparison I can make for you is that the Taylors do not allow you to use the stock heat shields while the Magnecors and the MSD's do, if that's important. Other than the Nology wires, I think most wires are strikingly similar for street-use cars... my .02
I have Taylor 409 Race wire and have been very impressed. Nice fit and finish. The clear my Stainless works headers without any problem. I did not reinstall my heat shields on these, but I could have. Pick any of the above and you wont be :(
I ordered the following from LS1Speed a forum vendor who had Taylor Spiro Pro wires and NGK-TR55 plugs for $50.99 + shipping. If it is still offered it cant be beat!!!! pick your color also!!!
I went with the MSD wires. The best part about them, is the boot can be bent to clear headers and anything else. Great fit event with my headers.
