Re: random tech's hi-flow cats & x-pipe? (z-u-later)
I have them on my Z06 w/ TPIS headers. It's a slip fit, totally weld-free system that clamps together. They bolt right up to the factory Ti system. The car picked up thick mid-range and some up top. I like the system, although it'll set off ineffecient cat codes that can be 'tuned' out or buy some 02 sims to fix.

I have them and they FINALLY got rid of the marbles and increased the exhaust sound slightly. It hooked right up to the stock system without any problems.
I am getting ready to install the TPiS headers and will be "trimming" the pipes to fit. This is why I went with this system incase I wanted to go with headers I could just cut the pipe. The pipe size is 2.75" compared to the stock pipe size of 2.50".
