hard starting..HELP....
she won't start without hitting the gas a litte.. almost like i was starting the 69 i used to have :cry i've told the wife i probably needed new heads and cam or a supercharger, but she's not buying that yet...so i need some help.

I know about the 69, mine was a 427/435, 4 speed, riverside gold, black interior, uh, sorry about that, I kinda slipped back in time! :D
I don't know where to tell you to begin. Have you checked for codes?
Did it start doing it all of a sudden or was it a gradual thing?
How many miles on it?
I'm sure others will jump in to help but in the meantime i'll give you a bump to the top.

clean the throttle blade.over time blow-by gases condense and stick to the throttle blade over time[normal],as it does it starts to close off the air passage and you can't get enough air across the blade as you crank.

it started doing it from one day to the next. it starts great when its hot but if its cold i've got to hit the gas to get it started but once its running its fine.
i'll checks for codes tomorrow and oh yea its got 48000 miles on it.
