There's only one actual Hypertech (per model year car) unit but you must mean which thermostat setting or even which thermostat I assume?
You set the unit by which t-stat that you have in the car so if it's stock there should be a setting (no changes to that parameter maybe?) for it.
I would suggest going with the 160* t-stat (and obviously the subsequent Hypertech setting for it) depending on your climate and how often you drive in the real cold weather.

Yes, I'm looking to change the T-Stat.. I just did not know which one to go with.. I was leaning towards the 160 but I wanted everyone's input...
It ALL depends on where you live and drive yoyr car!! If you live in Florida get a 160 deg stat! If you live in Ct and drive your car year around I would get a 180 deg stat!
You need to get your oil temp high enough to boil off any moisture that you accumulate in your in your oil.
