I might as well through my opinion in here too...I just installed mine on Dec 25th and here are my initial feelings. Idle is a tad louder, a little deeper, and a little more rumble. Sounds like a v8 now. Normal city driving, the sound is a little louder, little deeper, and some drone between 1,600-1,800 rpms. At highway speed 60-70 in 6th gear, you can barely tell a difference over stock. Once over 75, you get the slight drone, but its not bad - you can carry on a conversation or listen to the radio at the same levels as before with no problem. Now when you get on them, they scream, but more like the old school muscle cars. I also have no x-pipe, and from what I've read/heard is the x-pipe will mellow it out and get rid of some of the popping on deceleration. Also check A&A Corvettes, I know they have a great price on the stinger two/four tips as well. My wife ordered mine from there and had great service. :thumbs: Bottom line -- Get 'em and you'll LOVE 'EM! Worse case scenario, you throw the stockers back on and sell 'em here on the forum.

Automag, thanks for your input. You've sealed the deal for me getting the Stingers. I've got an email into Nate at Corvette Garage looking for a GP price. I'll also look into A&A Corvettes to see what they'll do. Enjoy your driving time. It's winter here and I'm not driving mine for another few months.

Go to Forced Induction and look for the Shinobi'sZ lil sumthin thumpin Dyno Video run...and you can hear what Borla Stingers sound like! Bill Created the thread so you can just do a search for Bill Reid too.
