Hypertech ?
I have the hypertech for my 99 Nassau Blue. I plan to install a low temp thermostat and coolant by pass (unless others have better info). This car is a street car never on the strip. I am looking to boost hp a bit and chrisper shifts. I don't plan to abuse the car, I use Shell Premium (best here octane). Any suggestions on reprogramming? Thanks in advance. vettdvr

To help you understand. I would like to increase the hp and shifting a bit. But then If my only car was the DK Blue 72 454 I have in the garage I probably would not get it either. But for the Nassau C5 with the options to get a little more.. Why not if it is possible.

I've got it, but use for selective things....coolant temp adjustment, wheel dia correction, shift points and rev limit...i don't use "power mode" cause i think it actually reduced HP.....I've got a MAFT and AutoTap and I think these are best for bolt on mods..LS1 edit was not available when I purchased this thing and I think the xtra $200 for LS1 is the better way to go......

The best advice that I could give is for you to sell that Hypercrap and let some one tune it with LS1 edit or get the Preditor hand held unit. :nono: :bs :thumbs:
