Since I didn't find it written anywhere, I went out to the garage and measured the extra set of wheels I've got - offset on the rear wheels is 2-7/16" (5-1/4" centerline - 2-13/16" distance from front of wheel to mounting surface); offset on the fronts is 2-1/4" (4-3/4" - 2-1/2").
Converting to millimeters (multiply by 25.4), the offset for the front is 57mm and rear is 62.
