The Turbo Shop?
Has anyone used this shop? There is a guy there named Steve Cole. After some research, I hear he is one of the best tuners out there. Any feedback on this shop and their tuner would be appreciated.
DO NOT USE STEVE COLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will be the biggest mistake for your car. The second you need customer support he blows you off. Some on this board have wait 6-12+ months for customer support without any.
The guy has no class, no customer support, and quite frankly he is not as good as you think. There are much better tuners out there than Cole. The guy is a :troll
I do have to say his customer service is not that great and he is very hard to get ahold of. BUT, if you can go to his shop and get your car tuned on his own dyno, I would definitely go for it as he is definitely the pioneer in LS1 PCM tuning.

I have never seen or heard any good things about him or his service. From the feed back on the board, do a search, he is a real problem child.
Customer service may be questionable, but myself and JBblownC5 love the tuning ability. We have both used him on many ocassions, it helps to be local in some cases. :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod:
Wait until you have an issue after you leave....GOOD LUCK! I wouldn't let that idiot touch my car. There are others who are better anyway using LS1Edit. Mike Morgan is reputable tuner.
If I am to use Steve, I would drive out to see him. How about Mike Morgan, I have heard great things about him as well.
Hey Al,
Steve has blown me off for the last six months, and when I spoke to his secretary, she told me that I could be put on a waiting list. The next person on the list is sometime in March, and that she could not give me an exact date, just be on a stupid waiting list. I guess its not worth his time since its only a retune for $75. I wasted enough money on him, I'm getting LS1Edit. I hope he replies to this. The last time I talked to him in person in October of last year, he said to come back after the SEMA show, but if I couldn't wait and decided to go somewhere else to tune my car, of well. Nice attitude.

Can't we all just get along?
I know what you are saying Al, I am just frustrated with his customer service. I guess I need to drop some more cash to get his attention.
As for you AZC5, I am also hearing that Shawn at LAPD is now dyno tuning, so you might want to try there, although I think its also $500.

We do tune and, if I say so myself, as well or better than anyone.
But wait, it only gets better when our dyno is in next week. Give me a call to discuss your mods and or tuning needs and we will schedule an appointment.
