well the car ran fine before i put the heads on the car now after i get them on the car will sometimes crank & idle fine then after 5 min or so it goes dead with out turning the igniton off also i was driving the car down the road when it starts spits & sputters also had a reduce engine power come up across the dic had have it towed back to the house fortunatley i was only 4 miles away i get some bcm codes that say loss of comunication with bcm loss of comunication with ipc .Now during the head install there were 3 bolts in the back of the head & 1 was on the drivers side that was hooked to a harness i left it off the airinjectionsupport bracket i left off that shouldnt shoot a bcm code should it ?Now this is something else i found that the ground the back of the drivers side head was kinda loose so i am thinking maybe it was the ground wire just loose enough to shoot these bcm codes .maybe this is the right section for this i kinda didnt know where to put it Also on the LS6 manifold theres a map sensor a boost vacum hose & a little boot looks like it hooks to hvac but i find no where to hook the small line coming off theboot any help with this will be very much appreciated

The ground in the back of the driver's side head is critical. If it's loose, all hell will break loose as you found. That little vacuum line in back of the intake is for the A/C vent controls. There should be a small black vacuum line that comes straight up from the back of the firewall that hooks to the 90 degree boot on the back of the intake.

That ground on the drivers side head will cause all kinds of strange problems.
