Blackwing/filter adapter????
Hi, saw on one of the vendor sites(cannot recall) that I can purchase the blackwing; then next to it was a filter adapter; do I need both or can someone give me the part number and vendor to use. I have a 2004 . Thanks to all, dogdoc :)

I bought my Blackwing from SLP and they told me, correctly, that I needed an adapter for my 2003 (can't remember which year, but early 200? the diameter of the bellows changed). The SLP part number for the adapter is 21111 and it's $12.50. SLP's phone number is 732-349-2109.

Got mine on EBay with adaptor for $209.00. The adaptor was $10.00..
I just received my Blackwing WITH the adaptor for my 2004 Z06...................for $199......shipped........... from LAPD!!!!!
