Looking to install a roll bar, 5-point or 6-piont and want to know if I can remove the Door Bars for the passenger and driver for when I am not drag racing to make it easier to get in and out of the car. IF this is possible will it still pass NHRA rules.
Looking to start racing in the west coast challenge and it states Cars running faster than 12.00 seconds will require a roll bar and the driver to wear a fire jacket. You will also need a five-point restraint system.
What are some of you doing so that you can compete but also be able to take your car out and not have to climb in and out of you car through the window
You can have a removable swingout. Makes daily driving much easier. I have some pics of the removable bar if you want to see what they look like :seeya
Hey you F'r....you're gonna send out pics of my car before I even see it, I'm gonna shove that bar up Doug's **** sideways :jester :blueangel:
Keep it up and your gettin' a 3 inch bar running in front of your pretty little waterfall :lolg: :lolg: :lolg: :lolg: Man what i would give to see the look on Mark's face when he walks into the shop and see's that. :reddevil Bob
I can try to get a picture for ya :jester :jester :jester
Can you still store the top in the back with the cage installed?
Were the seats in the full down position in the pics? I am 6'5" and head/leg room are of major importance to me. It looks like my head or helmet may hit on the top bar of the cage.

Looks great though!
The top fits perfect. All our bars are custom bent here at our shop. We can make the back bar go a little farther back if you need more head room. Feel free to call with any questions. :seeya
