Has anyone had any experiences using Falken tires? I heard that the FK451's are pretty good. Has anyone tried any of the others like Sumitomo or Wanli tires??
I used them - THose tires were the WORST! THey were not even freaking round - took a ton of weight to balance. Sure they are cheap, but they were CHEAP
 I love my dawg on dirt cheap Falkens! Hey, they were even round  Great tire for the money or you could jump on the bandwagon like many others and pay an arm and a leg for tires. Me, I would rather shop around and save money for other things. Just my .02! :D
I used them on my '92 Lexus SC300 once and they were fine for that car. But I also put some on the back of my NSX and even the Z rated ones squatted down and lifted the front up enough under torque to make it squiggly even on the freeway. I went back to the tire store and replaced them with some Goodyear's and the car drove great. I had given up on the stock Yokohama's due to the rather short 5-7K mile tread life.
I just got a set of falken's for $600.00 !!!! So far they're great; as good michelin sports ect ! I would purchase them again !
Wow, those really perform well. I think these die hards that have money to burn keep the high price pieces of junk in business! Thanks for you reply guys, I truly appreciate them.
Anyone know how they compare to the Yokohama AVS Sport, and the Kumo Ecsta EX? The Kumo seem to be a good tire especially for the money. I'm sure they are all better than the Eagle EMT though right?
