Howdy Neighbor. How's things in the valley? Hope the following helps. Just an FYI that I did this mod a couple of weeks ago. I fought the outer low beam bulbs like crazy. I just could not get the in properly. I could put the factory bulbs in in two seconds but everytime I tried to install the PIAA's no go. I finally measured the PIAA's and found that the center protrusion where the "O" ring sits was around .006 larger than the stock bulbs. I ended up taking a dremel with a sanding drum atachment, removing the "O" ring and ran it around the plastic then cleaning the lamp with alchol. Now this must have been a fluke because nobody has ever mentioned this before. After I did that they went right in. :seeya Around...
