cam question for a z06(ls6)
when installing a higher lift cam on the ls6, do you need to do valvesprings, retainers, and pushrods with the install? if im not mistaken, the valvetrain on the ls6 features upgraded units as compared to its ls1 counterpart?
if i remember correctly, when i bought my 422 stroker for my ta, it came with ls6 pushrods. i used comp cams 918 springs with ti retainers.
anyone know?

You will have to upgrade the valve springs, retainers & push rods when you go to a more aggresive cam than the LS6 cam in most cases.
