tc info
getting 373 gears,,,shift kit and most likey a blower in april,,, not planing on a tc , will the stock one be ok,,,, not planning to race the car and see no need in a looser tc,, just adds more heat to the fluid,,,,be different if I was to race the car,, but it will have enough power w/o needing the higher stall, I have alway been told that more torque make conveteres stal hiogher anyway, will the stock on handle the hp????? help me quick,,, make me spend more money,,,darn you

Yank makes the PYE3400 and the PYE3600 that are designed to be used with engines using a power adder like a S/C. You can use the stock converter but you will get better performance with a high stall T/C designed for use with a power adder. :cheers:

and by the way even if it's on the street it's still a race. Oh ya, Darn you for making my plans for 3.42 gears feel more like settaling. Also the answer to your question, Get the darn converter and do it all the way or just ship it all to me.

ok,, to clarify,, not planning on any track time,, but might have to show a few how good it will perform on the street,,,not a race , just a display,,,(lol)....just dont want to do all this and have the stock converter puke....
