This has been covered too many times already... Does anyone have a URL for Z06 alignment specs? I'm getting aligned in a couple hours, and I wanted to be sure they had all the information they needed.
I do not have a URL, but I do own the Corvette Service Manuals. The following are the alignment specs for both the Coupe and Convertible, and the Z06. Be cautioned, that the specs for the Z06 will cause more tire wear because of their increased negative camber. Unless you are going to focus on AutoCross or road racing, I would advise the Coupe and Convertible specs.
All - Individual Front Toe: +0.04
All - Front Sum Toe: +0.08
Coupe and Convertible Front Individual Caster: +7.4
Z06 front Individual Front Caster: +6.9
Coupe and Convertible Individual Front Camber: -0.20
Z06 Individual Front Camber: -0.70
All - Rear Individual Toe: -0.01
All - Rear Sum Toe: -0.02
All - Rear Thrust Angle: 0.0
Coupe and Convertible: Rear Individual Camber: -0.18
Z06 Rear Individual Camber: -0.68
I was happy to see this post since I will be replacing the stock wheels on my C5 Coupe with Z06 wheels. Does anyone recommend using the Z06 alignment toe-in/out camber/caster when swapping these wheels? These are factory 2003 Speedline chromies going on my 03 C5 Coupe.

I wish that Search feature worked right now!
This probably too late but here is a chart somebody put together that our local shop seems to thinks has merit. The moderate is good for street and some track and the agressive is good for track first and then street: http://member.newsguy.com/~rmoburg/j...nt%20Specs.doc
