Due to the larger bore of the 6.0l engine, they don't fit the stock bore 5.7l engines. They do however make nice heads for overbored 5.7l blocks. Especially those who require larger chambers for less compression.

Heads flowed right at 320
Dropped the compression to around 9:1 and then we brought the boost back up to 7-8 lbs
They are working great on our 5.7L motor STOCK BORE
