i am newbie is this field, but you can just run 17"et streets in the rear with emts up front , right? i know alot of the hard core run ccw but they only come in 16"?
I run the 17" M/T on the rear to and from the track about 150 miles round
trip. It is a little "twitchly" and with an A4 and my ST3500 converter the size differance is enough to unlock the converter over 70 mph. They have max traction. . . so much so that you can't roll them over to the car.. you have to carry them or they stick to the floor :lolg: :D

Not safely, bias vs radial but you can run a run flat on the front and drag radials on the back.........thats what I do ( stock 245/45/17) and 345/30/18 & get 1.52 60' times....... they are plenty sticky! and ride nice
In C5 size, what is the stickiest tires in radials, yet safe in the rain? I love my Kumho Mx tires but soon will be at 400rwhp/rwtq (now, 350.4rwhp/363.8rwtq) w/G5X-3 Cam & Vig2800 TC mods being added at LGMotorsports next month.
BTW, I only want to own one set of tires for both street & every once in a great while track use.
IMHO Nitto drag radials, solid tread for rain and ya just heat them up good at the track to make them sticky :D
I am running BFG drs on the back.........but no tread = no fun in the rain
