Roller rockers will reduce valvetrain noise, and LT headers will make for a better sounding exhaust. Both will increase power, but you'll need tuning, and there are other mods that provide more bang for the buck.
I had them on my car and ran it for a year then took them off and sold them. Top end seemed like it had more pull to it.. but for the money, I would install a new camshaft instead.

Re: 1.8 rockers (lar66BB)
I believe the manufactuers of the 1.8 Rockers recommend that they not be used with stock springs (if that is what you are doing) do to spring breakage-which can be catastrophic.
Roy
It will increase the lift and stress on springs
There have been good increases on Z06"S
I would save up and get a cam and springs
But new heads will get the real HP

Just finished the crane install on my 2000 vert. You have to change the valve springs on the LS1's as well (They are too weak for the added lift). ZO6 valve springs don't require a replacement.
The upgrade works out to alot of money, and possibly not much horsepower.
Once my car is dyno'ed I'll let you know the numbers. I've been told approximately 10 hp by others on the forum.
If you are getting a good deal on the rockers and you are doing the work yourself, it can be a nice little bump in hp, and the valve train noise reduction is nice also. If you are contemplating a cam swap anywhere in the near future just go with that. The increased rocker ratio raises your max lift, but a cam will do that also. You will need to pay attention to the increased lift when you go with a new cam, and get the appropriate springs to handle the lift. In either scenario, it would be time to get the car tuned to take max advantage.
Definately change out those pushrods while you are in there regardless.
